Boop.fun is a meme coin launchpad on the Solana blockchain, designed to simplify the creation and promotion of community-driven tokens. Founded by NFT influencer Dingaling, the platform enables users to launch their own tokens, referred to as "cults," with ease. These cults can be promoted through social media platforms like X (formerly Twitter), and successful cults that achieve specific market capitalization milestones unlock rewards in the form of $BOOP tokens.

The native token, $BOOP, serves multiple roles within the Boop.fun ecosystem. Users can earn $BOOP by creating successful cults or holding tokens from other cults. Staking $BOOP provides access to 60% of Solana trading fees from launched tokens and 5% of graduated cults’ token supply via airdrops. Additionally, 30% of trading fees fund $BOOP buybacks, potentially boosting token value.

The platform has also implemented an airdrop mechanism to incentivize participation. Users who stake $BOOP tokens receive ongoing rewards, including 5% of the total supply of all newly launched tokens on Boop.fun and 60% of SOL fees generated from the liquidity pools of these tokens. Furthermore, Boop.fun has partnered with KaitoAI to assess the influence of over 14,000 crypto X accounts, offering airdrops to influential users based on their engagement and meme-related activity.
