The native token of the platform, SHADOW, has a maximum supply of 10 million tokens. Shadow Exchange introduces an innovative staking mechanism through the xSHADOW token. Users can convert SHADOW to xSHADOW at a 1:1 ratio, with vesting periods ranging from 15 to 180 days. Stakers earn 100% of protocol fees, voting incentives, and rebase rewards. An early exit from the vesting period incurs a 50% penalty, which is redistributed to other xSHADOW stakers, promoting long-term commitment. ​

Liquidity providers on Shadow Exchange can benefit from high annual percentage rates (APRs), with some pools offering up to 150,000% APR. The platform's PvP (player-versus-player) rebase mechanism and dynamic fee structures create a competitive environment that rewards active participation.
